New shower pump installation

Many thanks to Thabo & the Watercrafts team for their work installing a new shower pump for us. The options were outlined clearly and once confirmed their work was efficient and considerate. They were on site exactly when they advised they would be - even on the bank holiday! A great job & really nice to deal with & I’m happy to recommend.

Thabo did an amazing job from start to finish. I cannot recommend him enough. He was prompt and clear with his communication. He was punctual and polite. He went above and beyond in his explanations of what the issues were and how he was going to resolve them when the problem turned out to be bigger than a simple replacement. Will definitely use him again!
