9 Facias and guttering

Needed work done on facias and guttering. Went on checkatrade and found Waterford Roofing. Contacted Lee and he and his team came to do the job. Gave me a quote and had new guttering fitted plus painting of facias which were repaired where needed. Tidied up after. Throughout the complete process, from quote to installation, Lee and the team were extremely helpful and professional. Lee from Waterford Roofing came out to give us an estimate for our damaged roof within an hour of my phone call. He came back as promised that same afternoon and did the repair, he showed us photos of the tiles that were replaced on the roof and told us of further repairs that may be needed in the future. Our new flat roof looks great and has already survived its first storm. Waterford Roofing Services provided a competitive quote, completed the work quickly and to a good standard and cleaned up well after the work was finished. We were also given a 20-year guarantee which shows how confident they are with the quality of their work. Waterford roofing and building services have been trading in and around west Yorkshire for almost 15 years.
We are a relatively small company consisting of only a small group of tradesmen with trades ranging from plumbers and plasterers to brickies as well as fully qualified joiners and roofers each with a minimum of 10 years experience right up to martin our brickie with nearly 35 years experience.
We pride our selves on the fact we know we are one of the few small companies out there that genuinely care what our customers want and we always deliver. Reputations are something that are hard built and easily knocked down ,we believe if you do a good job a customer will tell 3 people , do a bad job and a customer will tell 30, and our reputation in the Yorkshire area speaks for itself.
