Emergency repair — upstairs water leaking through into bathroom below
Called Ross in the morning with an emergency leak at my grandparents’ house and he was able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated given the circumstances. He kept me updated on timings, arrived when he said he would, and talked me through what the problem was and how he was fixing it before getting on with it. Work was done cleanly and the leak was sorted. He also gave me a clear price for follow-up work without any pressure. Boiler replacement
I met Ross and he quickly gave me a full diagnosis and options. I thought long-term and went for the more expensive option which was also fairly priced. From start to finish, he was a pleasure to have in my house. The work done to an impeccable standard and my house was left spotless on completion.
