Waste of time and money
Booked a boiler health check, prompt attendance but just pointed out a load of potential problems, and then when I was waiting for the “it’ll cost you” line, seemed totally disinterested in attempting to fix anything and just put a sticker on the boiler saying don’t use it. Kind and trustworthy, highly recommended.
I would highly recommend Waterpark Heating. Unfortunately, my boiler had to be isolated during an inspection as it was found to be operating in an unsafe condition but everything was handled professionally and efficiently. He is personable, knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in his work. He is punctual, communicates well about timings and any delays, and genuinely seems committed to keeping his customers happy. It’s refreshing to find someone so reliable and easy to deal with.
