Completely gutted basement and then tanked and fully waterproofed basement
Giles and the team were excellent. Gave detailed overview of the plan and stuck to it . Very trustworthy company and they did a great job. Neat , cleaned up daily and provided regular updates with the progress. Price was good and bang on the quote. I could not recommend Giles and the team highly enough. Very professional.
Basement excavation, underpinning and conversion
Giles and the team have been amazing over the past few months as they converted an unusable and frequently flooded basement into a usable family space. Extensive underpinning work was required - no problem. Approx 18 tonnes of clay and debris needed to be removed by hand due to limited site access - no problem. Any issues uncovered along the way - no problem, Giles and his team would find a solution. The finishing was to a very high standard and most importantly (given that the team are in your house for an extended period of time) you will not find a nicer bunch of people. Highly recommended.

Giles and his team were so professional and friendly throughout and kept us informed at every step of the way. They did extra work for us which was required too and still managed to stick to a great time frame. Great time keeping, clean and thorough! Highly recommend them!

A fantastic service from the whole team. Giles kept us fully informed throughout the project and discussed any items as they came up. The team kept the disruption to a minimum and tidied up perfectly every night. Project was on budget and on time.
