    Responsive, insured, reliable and professional

    A great project to remove a bath and install a large shower with full tiling. After researching reviews, companies house, websites and contacting several plumbers Josh was the only one that responded quickly and was able to work with us on our needs. The quote was fully documented, the van was branded, the service delivered was as agreed and on budget. Really pleased with the results and would highly recommend.

    Great company

    I can’t recommend Waterstone Plumbing & Drainage highly enough. Josh was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the job to a very high standard. It’s refreshing to find someone who genuinely cares about doing the job properly and leaves everything clean and tidy afterwards. Great communication, fair pricing, and excellent workmanship. I’ll definitely be using Waterstone Plumbing & Drainage again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Josh to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

    Josh was really professional

    Waterstone Plumbing did an excellent job from start to finish – they arrived promptly, worked neatly and efficiently, and completed the work to a really high standard. Everything was explained clearly, pricing was fair and transparent, and they made sure the area was left clean and tidy once finished.
