I spoke to Matthew over the phone today to get advice about how we could safely raise our rear patio 15 cm without affecting the existing damp proof course in our 1930's former Council Semi. Matthew came across as knowledgeable and helpful, advised me what we could do to prevent bridging of the DPC, and future potential rising damp issues. Even though I offered to pay him to come out to take a look, he was still happy to listen patiently and provide telephone advice with no charge. We will definitely consider Matthew for any future damp protection work that we require. :)

The work done was exactly as agreed, the team were very polite and timely and ultimately the finish exceeded my expectations. Not only that but the company were aware that this work had become fairly urgent and they did everything possible to accommodate it as quickly as they could. Great result and couldn't recommend them more.

Damp proofing is a massive undertaking for anyone but Watertight Homes did everything possible to make the process seamless. From the first time they came to assess the situation they were timely, polite, professional and knowledgeable. They were always available to answer our questions (we had many questions) and they respected all of the decisions we made. The workmen (especially Stuart) were exceptional. They were friendly, considerate of our neighbours and they keep us updated throughout the whole process. The job was completed quicker than expected. We would definitely recommend them.
