I recently used Wade to carry out an EICR inspection at my flat in Ilkeston. I found him to be extremely polite, professional & knowledgeable. Wade turned up on time on the agreed date & got the certificate and paperwork sorted the same day. Wade was very good at communication and answered all queries immediately. He was friendly and clear about what needed to be done. He quoted for the job but when he came to do it realised it was less complicated than initially thought and reduced the bill considerably without being asked.
