Nice chap and was tidy. Good for smaller jobs at an hourly rate but would recommend getting a quote for slightly bigger jobs. I made the mistake of not getting an estimate of how long it would take to remove the shower screen, reseal around the base of the shower and refit existing shower screen. The job took 10 hours still at the hourly rate. Communication primarily via email was also frustrating particularly a last-minute cancellation email after the agreed start time.

Having looked back through our communication we can see that it was agreed by both parties that the job would be carried out based on our usual hourly rate rather than a quote for the whole job. Whilst we always strive to complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner, on this occasion it did take a little longer than initially expected; the original installation was not carried out by a trained professional which meant we had to do undo their mistakes, make good the leaks and damage that their work had caused and then complete the job to our usual high standard. These circumstances were beyond our control but we are pleased to hear you are happy with the end result and have had no issues since.
