  Phoned same day made appointment for following day. Inspected roof possible leak areas. Gave written quote following day. Accepted. Started work following day, found further issues with roof lining. Requote. Accepted. Following day required scaffold erected. Missed following day without informing customer. Made reasonable excuse. Started work over Easter holiday period. Satisfactory completed over three days period. All workers were curtious and respectful and we were kept informed of all progress. Satisfied with job quality and price. Owner very pleasant character and I believe trustworthy.

  I put a request on check a trade for a roofer as I noticed a damp patch in my spare bedroom. Watertight roofing and building solutions called within an hour and arranged to come out the next morning. They were very friendly and professional. They identified a hole in the felt and some cracked tiles that were causing the problem. They replaced the felt and fixed the tiled the same day. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend to anyone needing a roofer.
