    A Stress-Free Bathroom Renovation

    Sam and his team recently completed a bathroom installation for me, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From the initial consultation through to the completion of the project, everyone involved was friendly, professional, tidy, and incredibly helpful. I was kept up to date throughout the entire process with regular progress updates, and the team arrived each day ready to get on with the job. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and respect for my home were excellent. I would highly recommend Sam and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality bathroom installation.

    Bathroom Installation

    We recently had Sam and Ben install two new bathrooms for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and detail-oriented. ​What really stood out was how well they kept us informed throughout the entire process; we always knew exactly what stage the project was at and what to expect next. They were also remarkably clean and tidy, treating our home with a lot of respect. The quality of the finish is excellent, and the whole project was handled seamlessly. We would highly recommend.

    Excellent from start to finish :)

    Just has our bathroom fully renovated by Waterwise including moving soil/waste pipes, full rip out, all re plastered, tiled and new bathroom suite put in. I cannot fault this company at all, they were organised from start to finish and the finish is excellent. I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them.

    One year on - I'm still very happy with their work

    Sam and the team could not possibly have been better - and I'm still so glad that I chose them for my bathroom and kitchen renovation. They brought along a *huge* amount of expertise, incredibly efficient ways of working and communicated clearly throughout. I only just found an old to-do list and realised I hadn't left them a review (clearly they're more organised than I am! 🤦‍♂️) but that means I can give some extra reassurance to anyone wondering if their work holds up long-term - it does, and I still love it as much a year later as I did on the day it was completed. Thank you!

My name is Sam Jones and I am a sole trader under the name of WaterWise Plumbing & Heating.

I started my career in plumbing when I left school, as an apprentice working 4 days a week and attending college for 1. After 2 years I passed my exams and became a fully qualified plumber. I continued to work for the same company, specialising in domestic plumbing for the next 8 years.

After 8 years I decided to take on a new challenge and travelled to London to work on site so I could learn more about plumbing on a larger scale, after nearly a year I was promoted to plumbing foreman and begun to organise and run multimillion pound refurbishment jobs.Whilst I enjoyed working in London the hours were long, so when my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child I decided to return to the domestic market.

I am a fully qualified gas engineer able to install, maintain and service boilers. I also carry out landlord certifications, upgrade central heating systems and fit gas appliances.

Experienced in all plumbing areas from bathroom installations to fixing leaks, whatever the job I will endeavour to do my best to complete it to the highest standard.
