    Huge thanks to Sam and the team for their amazing work! Demolition and renovation works were conducted without hitch, and the friendliness of the team made it a really pleasant experience. Particularly appreciated the good communication during the works, including presenting different options for the works (e.g. different tile placement options), and the openness to amending the original design and accomodating additional works (e.g. installing a previously unplanned cabinet). Just a really great experience all round. Highly recomended (and have recommended to others already!) Thank you all!

    Sam designed and fitted our bathroom 7 years ago and did an excellent job , everything is still looking good and working well. We've now had him fit a new kitchen , Sam Ben and the rest of his expert tradesmen did a brilliant job and were always very polite,friendly and gave advice when needed . We have already recommended them to friends and family

    Sam and his team refurbished the shower room - tiling, new shower tray and enclosure, WC and basin, towel rails, cabinet. Nice job, now looks fresh and clean (and now conforms to current standards) I picked Sam because he was open with his advice, patient with an over-experienced old fart (who knows everything) and a good project manager. Specialists employed where required - so he's not a Jack of all trades. He won't be the very cheapest, but you'll get an honest job at a fair price.

My name is Sam Jones and I am a sole trader under the name of WaterWise Plumbing & Heating.

I started my career in plumbing when I left school, as an apprentice working 4 days a week and attending college for 1. After 2 years I passed my exams and became a fully qualified plumber. I continued to work for the same company, specialising in domestic plumbing for the next 8 years.

After 8 years I decided to take on a new challenge and travelled to London to work on site so I could learn more about plumbing on a larger scale, after nearly a year I was promoted to plumbing foreman and begun to organise and run multimillion pound refurbishment jobs.Whilst I enjoyed working in London the hours were long, so when my wife and I found out we were expecting our first child I decided to return to the domestic market.

I am a fully qualified gas engineer able to install, maintain and service boilers. I also carry out landlord certifications, upgrade central heating systems and fit gas appliances.

Experienced in all plumbing areas from bathroom installations to fixing leaks, whatever the job I will endeavour to do my best to complete it to the highest standard.
