Poor customer service
I used this company to service our boiler before going on holiday. On return from holiday the heating wouldn't operate. I rang them to arrange a check to source the problem. Although they had come to us previously, I was asked to reply to a message and leave my address. Although they were busy at the moment they would come back to us with an available time they could attend. Even after 2 messages from me and several phone calls, ( went to answer phone ) no one got back to us. Ended up getting another company to sort our heating. We had Go2 Plumbing – Liam and his team install our new gas boiler today, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. They were professional, efficient, and went the extra mile – not only removing the old boiler but also taking care of cutting the gas pipe for our cooker and even sorting out the chimney. The whole process was smooth, tidy, and done to a very high standard. We’re now just waiting for the gas certificate to arrive. Fast and professional
Quick to book in the work, very flexible and accommodating on time. Boiler was serviced and all gas appliances tested for landlord certs. Lads who turned up were really friendly and efficient, cleaned up and gave complete run through of what had been done.
