Repair broken toilet system.

Replied to my request within 30 mins , offered a free visit & free estimate the same day , Jono was knowledgeable ,keen , friendly & professional , explained in great detail , kept me updated through out his visit , reliable - came back when he said , found the problem and fixed it straight away , tidied up after . Jono was as good as his word. He said he would be available to carry out the work the next day and confirmed by text that evening of the time he would arrive. Arrived spot on at 9.30. The job was not straightward due to the cistern being a 'hidden version'. This did not deter Jono, who sourced the necessary replacement and completed the job to a very high standard. He was a very clean, tidy worker with a lovely, friendly personality. The cost for the work and parts was very reasonable and at the low end of estimates for this type of job. Hey, I'm a qualified New Zealand plumber living in the UK. I have been plumbing for over 15 years, with the last 3 being in the UK and I have a vast knowledge of all plumbing systems.
The majority of my working history has been focusing on maintenance plumbing - stopping that annoying drip from your tap, repairing your toilets and showers and clearing that blockage! I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. Alongside maintenance plumbing, I also have a lot of experience working on renovations and new builds, taking care of first fixing and second fixing.
We care about the finished product and take a lot of pride in my work. We actively communicate before arriving to your home with accurate timings and will treat your home with respect.
