I had an existing electric shower changed for a new one. I was informed on the day what time the guy was getting to my property. He was very pleasant and thoughtful of my property. He worked cleanly and professionally. Was very impressed and happy with his work. I have used Waterworx before and have always found them very good and professional. Will use again and recommend using them.

My kitchen mixer tap suddenly sprang a leak today, making it practically unusable. I called Waterworx, who arranged for a plumber to visit. He was here in very short time and was able to diagnose the problem quickly: the tap was badly corroded and needed replacing. He was able to supply a replacement tap immediately, so that the whole job was completed within the hour. This was a fantastic service!

Louie Trujillo and his team did a great job with our bathroom and downstairs cloak room toilet. He was incredibly communicative, telling us each day when he'd arrive and what he'd be doing. He was tidy and supportive - open to explaining questions about what the options were and his approach. His workmanship was excellent - he took considerable effort over tiling and attention to detail and gave us good advice on colour choices for grouting and finishes. He didn't finish the job until he knew we were happy with all the details. I would definitely recommend him.

Friendly and helpful. Took apart portable AC and inspected and looked for faults. Gave an outcome and advice on next steps.

I'm a returning customer as I already new the company's communication and service were excellent. I needed several minor issues with kitchen sink and bathroom. The engineer (Anthony) was so professional and polite; he gave me helpful advice and solutions so I didn't need to waste money on things I thought I had to buy. Admin staff's communication was consistently quick and helpful. I hope I won't have any issue with plumbing for now, but definitely will use their service if necessary.
