Mixed experience. The quote agreed was for both the horizontal guttering and the downpipe. I was told the job was complete, but when I arrived only the horizontal gutter had been replaced. I was told the downpipe could not be changed as it was cast iron. After I challenged this, they bought the materials and completed the agreed work. The finished work looks OK, but this wasted my time. After completion I sent several messages asking for an invoice and had no reply. The job also appears to have been withdrawn/closed on Checkatrade, which made communication harder.

Watton home improvements came round to re roof my house. From the very start, Bob was very honest and upfront about the work that was required, how long it would take and how much. He provided a written quote which backed everything that was required and what would be completed. Once the team started, they were friendly, professional and Bob liaised with me throughout the entire process.
