Repair to boiler
Sid was absolutely fantastic.He was thorough on first visit and said there would be no charge until he had fixed it and got the part within 48 hours. He came back and the job was bigger than first expected and took him over 2 hours instead of what we thought would be a quick 30 minute job and yet he would only charge me what he priced job at . He managed to get it working even though and then found it was yet another part went after he left but again Sid did his best to try and find the discontinued part but couldn’t but if I find he would come back to fit. Would 100% recommend him to anyone.

Clearing pipes
Sid and Charlie are two of the nicest and most knowledgeable guys we have used. They are always friendly, informative and helpful. They are the only company I will use for plumbing issues.

Boiler Service
Sid has been servicing and repairing my boilers in my last and current home for the last few years and has done a brilliant job every time. I first used Sid in an emergency water leak and he was quick to respond and didn't charge the earth for it. He's a great person to deal with, very knowledgeable and his rates are good. I would highly recommend him.

Combi boiler repair
Same day visit to assess work requirements. Parts ordered and fitted following day with no fuss or problems. Boiler now back in tip top condition. Great job and definitely recommend Watts for any plumbing and heating works! Will definitely be using them again!

Sid regularly services out boiler and he always goes above and beyond. He is friendly and someone I would trust to get the job done to a high standard and always with a smile on his face - one of those genuine people who enjoys what they do and are happy to answer any questions.
