The guy from Watts refrigeration turned up on time. The problem was that water was collecting in the bottom of the fridge. He disassembled the internal covers and found the drain tube was blocked/ frozen and started to clear the obstruction. He then put it all back together. It's now been working OK for a week and he appears to have solved the problem we had
