  Brilliant service from start to finish. Stephen asked for photos of the problem and immediately provided a reasonable quote. He worked around my availability and arrived on time. He fixed the window quickly and efficiently and gave me a few options of how far it could open or close. Absolutely delighted with the service and would definitely use again.
