We set a tight deadline for this work but it was achieved in spite of some poor weather. The work was done to a high standard by a capable and friendly team. Care was taken to ensure that all building regulations were met. Particular attention was paid to any concerns we had and to ensure that there was minimum impact on our neighbours.

The team at Waverley did a fabulous job on our redevelopment. The job was bespoke, a blend of old and new, and so very specialised, from timber work, groundwork, bespoke windows and handmade tiles. Nothing was missed, everything finished on time (subject to weather) and at the highest possible quality and design. I cannot praise them highly enough.

From.The initial enquiry to the job being completed have been really impressed with John and his team who worked on our job request to make a loft space suitable to a living area. Both of John's trade contacts who were on the job were outstanding in both friendly manner and knowledge of the work they were undertaking.Nothing was to much trouble and we could tell they take a pride in the work they do in providing the customer with a very high quality and very reasonable timescale completion. Everything that was agreed to be completed was done very easily and went beyond our expectations.

John and his team were amazing. The work is top quality. They were hard working, very tidy and couldn’t do enough to help, especially helpful when I needed to make decisions on design features, even when it made it more difficult for them. The finished result completely changed my property making it precisely what I had wished for. Everyone comments on the work done and how good it is. I would use this company again and happily recommend them for any job, big or small. My next project is an oak porch which John is designing and they will be building later in the year.

Work was carried out quickly and to a high standrd by John's team. The communication with John himself was excellent, with several site visits and clear explanations of any issues. John came highly recommended by a neighbour and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him myself

We were both pleased and relieved to have John and his team fit a new roof on our home in record time. We were already reeling from a family health crisis when our roof started to leak and the spray foam insulation left us needing a new roof. The work was carried out to a high standard and John went out of his way to be supportive every step of the way. He and his team come highly recommended, so much so that we also decided to have our walls treated with Storm Dry masonry crème. We now have a new roof, insulated walls and cleaned gutters/windows all thanks to John and his wonderful team.
