Fitted a smart toilet seat
Wayne was excellent he had never fitted this kind of toilet seat before but read the paper and measured the seat so that I was ordering the correct size shape then fitted it when it arrived and arranged to fit over the weekend which saved me taking time off work. I was pleased with his work as I had contacted a few plumbers who wouldn't even try to fit. Burst Pipe
I had a burst pipe under the bath. I originally called the insurers '24 hour emergency plumber'. When he eventually came he turned the water off and said he couldn't replace the pipe as the taps are in the corner and difficult to reach. He would have to take the bath out which would probably damage the tiles and it would be a big job. Thankfully Wayne had a bit more experience and common sense and realised he could reach it from underneath through the collapsed ceiling. Leak detection
My neighbour has water leak damage in their flat. Although we didn't think it is from my property, I wanted a plumber to check incase it was. If a leak was detected I would then need it repaired. Wayne checked the outside to see the water damage then thoroughly checked through my kitchen. He confirmed there was no leak and put it in writing for me. Wash basin and water leak
I needed my bathroom wash basin fitted from a twin tap to a single tap and there was a water leak which was flooding the bathroom. Wayne carried out the job and done it very neat professionally. To fit a Smart Toilet Seat
Wayne was on time and did an excellent job. He had never fitted this type of toilet seat before but came beforehand to measure and make sure I was getting the right shape seat for the toilet I have. He was very polite and when he couldn't make the appointment to come down and give me an estimate he called to let me know. Very professional job done.
