Understood what was needed and visited by elderly mum as promised that afternoon and got the job sorted. My mum said Phil was very a polite boy (I've no idea how old Phil is but everyone's a youngest for my mum) and felt comfortable having him in the house when she was on her own. I'd certainly use again.
