Lee came promptly to drain my blocked kitchen sink. He said the problem was blocked pipes leading away from the sink. He would get new ones to replace the old clogged ones at an additional cost. I agreed. He returned a few days later and replaced the pipes. The ink was still blocked I commented on his lack of appropriate tools for clearing a blockage. the blockage was further down in lower pipe. He didn't have any tools to get that far down so I provided various household items. It cleared. Then the pipes he fitted came loose and flooded my kitchen he repaired. pipes are leaking again. POOR

The guys managed to come and replace our soil stack and fit out sanitary items quickly. Working over the weekend to get the prep work done and then returned in an evening to do the final fitting.

Lee is very calm and intelligent person. He is a honest person and I really appreciate that once he finished his work he then proceeded to clean the bathroom.
