This is the second time William has completed work for us. Two tree stubs removed. Quick efficient service and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

William did a great job and communicated very well from the first contact to finishing the job. He gave a very reasonable quote which he stuck to, even though the job was bigger than he had expected. He and his assistant listened to what we wanted, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleared up well afterwards.

First class service all round, fast response to the original request & explanation of what was required was clear, along with a more than fair quotation. The work was completed less than 2 days after the job had been posted & the service provided was professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

As an update to the recommendation that I posted 11 August, William has done another great job tidying the garden and giving a much needed prune to a variety of shrubs and trees. As always, all waste is removed and everything left tidy. I also discussed new projects for the spring - being confident in William's work means all sorts of ideas for the garden become possible!

This was the second time W. Cooper attended my property and, while the brief was different on this occasion, the same excellent skills and dedication to the task at hand were shown as before. It is always a pleasure to talk to William about the garden, as he is very knowledgeable. If a client knows what they would like to achieve, William will know how to get the job done. Additionally, if the client is not sure about something, William’s experience means he has excellent suggestions, and making subsequent decisions then becomes very straightforward. I found William (Cooper) via ‘Checkatrade’ and after a few hiccups we managed to book a day for him to come and sort my garden out. He arrived on time, was polite and friendly. He walked around my garden with me discussing everything that needed sorting out, giving advice and also listening to my requests. Then he set to work. He knew exactly what to do and pruned my shrubs, bushes and trees perfectly, with secateurs and clippers. I was very impressed. William was very thorough with clearing up all the cuttings. I can thoroughly recommend him to you. One drawback is that he is a bit pricey.
