Brilliant service from start to finish and huge improvement on our standard alarm. Now all WiFi enabled with notifications arm and disarm via phone app. Chris was very helpful including installing a new bell housing and diagnosing the issue very quickly. WCS gave an exceptional service, from the initial call the same night I requested a quote for a full burglar alarm & CCTV installation to the actual install itself. Both Chris & his partner showed me round the full system and set up everything on my phone as well as installing my Ring Doorbell free of charge including the set up. After completion Chris then visited my parents property again, completely free of charge to lend a hand to sort an issue with the CCTV. Had fault on our old alarm system which Chris identified and replaced/installed new PIR. At the same time Zoe installed new cameras around the property. Great communication, very efficient, polite and tidy. Zoe spent the time to show us how to install app and navigate it. All in all a great service, couldn’t ask for anything more. Job location: TS17Good communication via the app before the appointment and on the day via mobile from the engineer assigned to my job. Zoe was polite, prompt, efficient and talked me through what had been done while testing the system.10 Had a burglar alarm fitted
