  Mr O'Niell (Billy) co ordinated our works professionally, giving clear outline daily of works to be completed, referring back to us to ensure happy with progress, quality of works completed and timelines. Billy's team were also professional and respectful of coming into our home, clearing and cleaning as they went. Our house is terraced and access only via front door. The works were smooth and outcome amazing. Would highly recommend W D O'Neill Builders.

  House Extension

  Billy came very highly recommended by several friends who also had work completed and he did not disappoint. The whole team were a pleasure to work with and were extremely professional, courteous and kept the site tidy throughout. What really impressed us was that when last minute customer driven changes appeared they were always responsive and helpful, providing us with suggestions based on their extensive knowledge and experience. Billy and his team completed the project on budget and to an excellent standard. We continue to be delighted with the end result.

  Layout reconfiguration including wall removal, a steel support and building of a dividing wall.

  The works completed required using the companies builders and affiliated electricians, plasterers and decorators. From the beginning all the tradespeople we met were polite, courteous, friendly, punctual and respectful of out property. We were very pleased with the team and overall work completed and would definitely recommend them to others.

  Billy and his team built me a lovely block wall and gate

  I needed access to a back road from my garden, and Billy was recommended by a friend. He and his team built a lovely wall and and gate. They arrived on time and went above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what I needed. A very nice friendly team too

  New boundary walls, new block paved driveway.

  Billy and his team cleared our old hedge and fences to front garden and concrete driveway. Built new boundary walls to front and side of property and carport. Refurbished and relaid large rear garden patio. Front garden and driveway prepared and completely block paved. Prompt start every morning, site left clean and tidy at the end of each day, always informed of progress of the work. Very friendly team of men. We have used Billy for all our building work since 2006 and would highly recommend him and his company. Always gives a first class service.
