Matt was absolutely brilliant. He couldn’t make the first slot but communicated straight away and gave me a clear timeline instead of leaving me waiting. He came to fix my immersion heater and did the job quickly, neatly, and explained everything as he went. He was cheerful, friendly, and even had a sing while he worked! Really professional, reliable, and lovely to have in the house. Hot water is perfect now. I would 100% recommend Matt and will definitely use him again.

I have used WD Warmth on a number of occasions fitting bathrooms, boilers and general plumbing. The work is always meticulous, timely and value for money. All the advice they have given has been invaluable helping cost effectively solving problems.

Matt arrived when he said he would and overcame several challenges in fitting our new water filter, but was ultimately successful and delivered the whole service with good humour.

Matt was absolutely brilliant - busy time over Christmas and he made time to come and give our boiler a full service. Turns out it needed a lot of love but he managed to sort it all, and with no complaints despite what needed doing. Matt is very friendly and did a fantastic job. We rent so he made sure to communicate directly with the landlord, and also explained everything to myself to provide the assurance needed. We have recommended Matt to family and friends!
