  Morgan is humble, dedicated and cares about his reputation and customers. Every interaction was approached with integrity and excellence. Mike, the master builder, was an absolute star. His advice was priceless. He constantly suggested improvements, in each case for the better. PAP is a plaster master, the finish looks like it belongs in a magazine, in all lights. The rest of the team was just as excellent. We enjoyed having them all in our home. The finished result was beyond our wildest dreams. We would struggle to use a different builder as we can not speak highly enough about these guys.

  The highest quality builders and tradesmen we have ever used. The work was completed on time and to the highest quality despite there being major changes required due to unknown electric cables, incorrect sewage drawings and a full position change. When issues were encountered they were not only highlighted but clever and helpful advice was offered and actioned. The team offered savings a d services beyond anything expected, especially with excess soil removal and even helped out our other contractor and two occasions. I can absolutely recommend this professional, affordable and likeable team.

  Excellent from start to finish. The original job was for 2 weeks, but due to unexpected additional work during the rip out, it took over 4 weeks. The additional timescale and work was no problem. Clear communication from Morgan throughout the job. Finish is to a very high standard, and would definitely use them again.

  Can't speak highly enough of Weagan Building Contractors. We had started a project poorly and needed some experts to help fix the existing issues and get us back on track. Morgan and Mike delivered on all counts and proved to be 100% reliable. Everything was delivered as per the quotes, with full explanation of requirements and timescales, which were all met. They really took all of the hassle and worry out of the project and delivered some superb work. No hesitation in recommending them at all.
