    Timber frame

Good workmanship. Derek built the timber frame for my false chimney breast and I was very pleased with the quality of the finished structure. I did find communication around the scope of the job and which elements would be completed by which trades could have been clearer, so I would recommend confirming all details in advance.

    Highly recommend Derek

Found Derek on here and contacted him for a quote. Came out within a couple of days to scope the work and had our quote the following day. No long wait time for him to come and do the work and when he did he was here on time with his team and even finished earlier than expected. Cannot fault the quality of work and Derek was adamant throughout that we should check it and make sure we were happy before the end and before we paid any money. On top of that he’s a top guy who clearly enjoys his job and doesn’t cut any corners. Will have him back for any of our future work without a doubt.

    Summer house roof repair/cut trees

The pear tree and mallow had damaged the summer house roof and broken the fascia board. Derek and team cut away the offending trees and renewed the fascia both sides. They did a great job and were quick and tidy and very personable. I am very pleased with the job.
