The whole team at weatherdry, surveyor, damp proofing team, plasterer, office based staff were really friendly, helpful, and professional. The surveyor clearly explained what work was required, and why, and how long it would take. The price quoted was very good. The damp proofers and plasterer were great guys, taking great care on the days they visited and removed all rubbish/debris etc, leaving everything clean and tidy, and great communication from the girls in the office with the guarantee and paperwork after completion. Well done everyone!

Surveyor was pleasant and knowledgeable. Had loft insulation replaced and PIV unit fitter. Work was booked in quickly and very happy with the results. Fitters were friendly and tidy. Definitely recommend

I have experienced good customer care from the initial contact and throughout. I would recommend this company if your looking for reliability. The guys that actually did the work were really helpful in helping to move stuff, and left my property as tidy as they could.

From first contacting Weatherdry to address a damp issue in the kitchen to completion of work my experience with them has been excellent overall. I found all staff I.e. back room, surveyor, damp proofers and plasters very approachable and friendly. The surveyor had identified the areas to be treated albeit there were areas that could not be seen at the time due to kitchen units but this was subsequently addressed by great advice from the damp proofers who saw the full picture. Subsequently the plasterer finished the job and again he was friendly and did an excellent job.
