John contacted me after I posted on Checkatrade. We had a minor repair on a roof where water was coming in potentially damaging the ceiling. John and his guys came and fixed the leak the same day which was very helpful. A couple of days later a further leak was identified which John attended to a couple of days later. The first leak was fixed and no water came in despite heavy rain, no rain so far to test the other leak. John does keep in contact so feel comfortable that I could go back to him if there was a problem. These were emergency works needed and charged accordingly.

They came to assess the job, were polite and helpful, happy to discusss the best solution. When they came to complete the job they re-confirmed everything to ensure we were happy. Work was carried out exactly as agreed for the quoted price and in good time. Would use again.
