  Asked weatherproof to quote for fixing a roof, said they'd have to charge for a quote, which is fair enough for decent service, gave them choices of what time suit, got them the time they wanted, arranged access to the property, 20 minutes after they're supposed to get there, nothing, messaged a few times, no reply, after 30 minutes gave them a call, was told they were on the way, 90 minutes later, no one there, no one answering calls, no further communications, Wasted my time, tenants time, estate agents time. Chancers, not sure what the quote would have been, but not booking them now anyway

  Installed a full replacement bitumen corrugated roof on my double garage

  The roof was installed just under a year ago. It is now leaking. The breathable felt underlay is wet along the eave at the front. It has turned dark all along the ridge and is showing damp spots, which are getting bigger. I have emailed the company, sent them a letter and requested a response, giving them four days to contact me and come up with a repair solution. I have heard nothing. I am left with a leaking roof, which looks like it will have to be replaced. Please don't use this company. It is unreliable.

  Replacing the corrugated bitumen pitched roof on a double garage

  This is a great company. The roof on the garage was falling apart and letting the rain in. They came swiftly and replaced it with a good solid roof for a reasonable price. I give them five stars for everything: courtesy, professionalism, helpfulness, thoroughness and value for money. I recommend them highly.

  The guys came to fiberglass the balcony

  The quote was reasonable, the guys came to fiberglass the balcony and the composite was brilliant On time, tidy and did a brilliant job with no fuss. All communication was via email and they answered any questions I had within an hour and without any hassle. Payment received after completion of work. If we need any more work that these guys can do we will do it without hesitation
