Replacement of 3 Metre square flat roof.
I had arranged for the work to be carried out whilst on holiday. They complete the job on time, even though it was very cold. All the waste was cleared away. They had to replace the ceiling and replaster. New insulation in the roof space as requested. I was informed of remedial brick work that was done and agreed too. Flat roof repair to fix a small leak
I found both Steve and James to be punctual, polite, knowledgeable and most of all open and honest. Upon inspection they were able to determine that the leak was due to a small amount of damage and previously poor workmanship. They were able to quote for a repair rather than replacement which turned out to be a much more affordable job. Retrieve and replace slipped slate roof tile
Very happy with the job done. It was to replace a slipped slate tile in an awkward position above a ground floor roof, so access was an issue. Lead chimney, replace and bed tiles and roof ridge.
First class job by top rate blokes. James and Steve were fantastic, providing details of what was required but no pressure to have the work done. They submitted a reasonably priced quote, and despite having to do a little bit more than anticipated they did not charge extra. Very neat job, roof looks the best it ever has and I’m confident it’s water tight and will last for a very long time. Replaced lead and repointed chimney plus repairs to tiles.
First rate job by top class blokes. They came and had a look at the job and provided a reasonably priced quote later the same day. Once they started the job any little extras they discovered they did for no extra cost. Very clean, polite and no bother whilst working.
