Lee was professional and polite. A Very friendly guy I would definitely use him again. I offered to change the boiler, but he advised me, why change it when it works. Honesty in all tradesmen is needed in 2025.

They did work for me but did not follow up and complete the job afterwards with the parts. I had to chase and I had no closure on the issue. Waste of my time . Unprofessional.

From quote to finish, Lee was friendly and transparent (he also gave a worse case quote). He was professional and friendly throughout and I am sure he completed the job with a smile -(I couldn’t tell behind the mask)! The job came in at the original quote which was actually less than the ‘worse case’. Highly recommended!

Every polite young man, knows his job and explained in detailed when I questioned him about certain things. All my heating is hot and clean ready for the winter. I will use Webbco again.
