Avoid this place if you need any bodywork done. It’s the worst experience I've ever encountered. Don’t trust the sweet talk, especially from. He did bodywork on my car, and just a week later, I noticed a bubble in the paint. When I contacted him, he claimed it wasn’t their fault. I pointed out that he painted those areas, and he still insisted it wasn’t their responsibility. After I mentioned that I would take my car to an independent body shop for further investigation, he offered to book the next available appointment and provide a courtesy car. However, he never contacted me afterwar

Took car in for a simple EGT sensor change, after them receiving the ‘wrong part’ 4 days in a row I was not filled with confidence from the start. Got the car back a week later with a bill for over double what I was quoted due to them breaking the sensor and taking the exhaust off, DPF light came on within 2 mins of driving and my tracking is off. Not even going to bother ringing to get it fixed as I don’t trust them one bit. Only thing I can say they did that was helpful was sort out a courtesy car. And after Some conversation the bill was dropped slightly. Will not be using again

I was told they couldnt fix the issue and was told it is going to cost a lot more to resolve it. I didnt believe this and so I thought better take it to someone else with better experience. they said i had to pay 78 quid or they wouldn't release the car... this was not mentioed to me when i first rang up or when i dropped off the vehicle. The receptionist and the mechanic were so rude while dealing with me also. terrible service.

The male member of staff who served me was honest, polite and helpful.

Webbers were absolutely amazing picked my car up took it for a service and MOT .Called me to say all was fine then delivered my car back. Really good price ,very friendly service will be using them again and recommend them.

Great price and great service. I had been recommended webber motor company by a friend after a bad experience at another local garage. I was very impressed by their professionalism, prices and service. They rectified faults that the other garage had caused FOC. I got a service checklist which showed what had been done and advised at what point my cambelt, spark plus etc were due in the future. Brilliant!! keep up the good work guys
