Job done and a couple weeks later I noticed 2 problems: 1. He didn’t wipe away the excess grout on the face of the tiles and there was lots of that had set (not a major issue) 2. The sealant around the bath/shower has come away so when you have a shower water leaks through causing a damp patch on the downstairs ceiling (more serious) As resealing was an easy fix, I asked him to come back and he agreed. On 3 separate occasions over 3 weeks he’s stood me up. Set a date and time, not turned up. Been unresponsive followed by weak excuses and now he’s totally ignoring me. Avoid.
