Has cooker hood fixed very promptly a couple of weeks ago and engineer came out quick response and fixed quickly. Now my oven is not working, Spoke to Kyle in the office got me booked in quickly and Owen the Engineer came out quickly and ordered the part.

Do NOT use this company!!! Too many wasted visits for several months to repair a dishwasher one particular engineer just and useless refusing to put appliances back Just left it in the middle of the floor after fitting the part. Complaint on way.

WeFix was the company that Domestic and General instructed to fix my machine. They clearly break GDPR and privacy laws by taking pictures of your house and appliances and where they are situated. They then report back to the office with opinions of the most outrageous nature. Claims were made that "we are a business" and they would not fix my machine despite it being covered by an insurance policy. WE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOT a business and the scathing and insulting comments made by their telephone operative will be taken to the highest level. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

My washing machine broke just before Xmas and I was told that I needed a new Pump. A very friendly and helpful man called Ryan came out to fit the new part for me and it turned out that I actually didn't need the part and that it was just a sock stuck in the washing machine. Ryan was fantastic and could have easily told me that that he had used the part and it was all fixed but Ryan was totally honest with me and advised that I didn't actually need the part and that I would receive a full refund that day. I would definitely recommend Ryan, he did an excellent job.
