  Computer fixed

  The work was carried out on site. John ensured the computer was working and there were no problems before he left. He also gave his card incase any issues arose after he left .

  Problem with laptop which I could not solve.

  I don't find this survey reflects the comments I would like to make. John has been looking after my computers (during my work time and my recent retirement since 2011.) The service given and the work done should be reflected in this . I have always found John and his team to be extremely helpful, courteous, and able to sort out any difficulty I have had with my computers . Nothing is too much trouble for them and it does not always have to be help with a computer. Not only have they looked after my computers but have taught me things I can sort for myself. I would heartily recommend them.

  Upgrading one computer and cloud care anti virus installation on 4 other computers

  We were so impressed with the work completed by John that we signed him up for a 12 month contract to assist with computer problems/upgrades. John was polite and courteous and explained what he was doing in language that we were able to understand. He gave us input on how things could be improved and we would definitely recommend him

  Installed protection on my laptop.

  Wefixcomputors4u have been my computer consultant for at least the last 8 years. Whether it be protection, problems or training, I have always been completely satisfied.
