Needed two panes replaced and a back door adjusted

Jason immediately gave confidence that he obviously knew his stuff about bifold doors, gave a quote on first visit of £600 +VAT, as he expected it to be a full days work. However, he managed to fix the issue in a much shorter time and reduced the charge to less than a third of that. I would rate him as competent, reliable and honest. Great job,

Two years of living with increasingly worse damp and drafts around our windows, and I decided to call We Fix Double Glazing. Jason was great when he came to inspect, actually listened to what I was saying and pointed out where the problems were (too much plaster removed when old windows taken out and windows not properly sealed originally). Jason and Paul were polite, knowledgeable and great to have working in the flat. Really couldn't be happier with their work. My only regret was not calling We Fix Double Glazing sooner!

Everything was done well, from first contacting me, to keeping me informed, to booking the job to the job itself and the billing. Excellent all round and all done promptly.
