5x floor tiles to cut and fit. 2x windows to tidy up a poor fit. Water damage on ceiling.
I contacted Luke after seeing a couple of good recommendations. Luke visited the property and seemed optimistic- he quoted a good timeframe and cost. I was happy to proceed. On sending through a materials list, he asked for upfront payment. I was unable to get the materials myself, and didn’t want to prepay as I have previously been out of pocket and let down in the past. The morning of the arranged work, Luke text me to say he wasn’t coming. “Had a bad gut feeling” apparently. From what I understand, because I didn’t prepay him…!Job location: IP1310 Handyman

Wood panelling
