Regular domestic house clean

Terrible service
I received an initial phone call about my enquiry for a conservatory roof to be cleaned. The gentleman was friendly and appeared helpful. However after a few exchanges of messages to discuss the work, I did not receive any response to my questions about the proposed work and my interest in further cleaning of the inside of the roof.
