Work completed satisfactorily. Knocked a bit off the price as he finished quicker than expected.

The service received has been first class from start to finish. We have been kept informed at all stages, with prompt callbacks and updates. The day the work was carried out care was taken to protect carpets, and clear up after was more than expected. We will not hesitate to use the Company again..

Adam, from start of the quotation procedure to completion of the boiler replacement, was honest, open and very knowledgeable. And was happy to share his knowledge with us, which in turn made us feel 100% confident we has chosen the right company to carry out the work. It was not a straight forward boiler exchange, but this was not an issue to Adam or his company. The work was completed on schedule, and also being as it would take longer than a single day, the work was carried out in a very clean and safe manner, which enabled us to carry on during the works with minimal disruption.

Great experience from beginning to end. During the quote process everything was explained to me and I didn't feel any pressure to make a decision straight away. The job was book at a time that suited me best and whilst the work was being carried out my home was kept clean, tidy and treated with respect. The finished result was better than I expected, very neat and professional. Would highly recommend. The engineer made me feel at ease and made sure I really understood how the boiler works before he left. I will definitely be recommending and reusing again in the future.

WELLAGAS was recommended to us recently as old boiler needed replacing. Adam contacted us immediately, arranged same day visit, inspected property, suggested type of boiler suitable for our property and its installation process/location. Adam was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, thoroughly explaining whole process and fully answering any questions. We were initially told that new boiler would take over week to arrive BUT ADAM PRIORITISED, SWIFTLY CONTACTING HIS SUPPLIERS TO GET THE EXACT BOILER FOR FOLLOWING DAY REDUCING OVERALL LEAD TIME!
