The boiler will be inspected the case will be removed all flue gas readings will be taken I will also check any gaskets and rubber seals that can perish. Finally a Gas tightness test ( leak detection test ) will be carried out and all paper work provided to yourself before I leave the property

This on average will take 45 minutes
