Very dissatisfied. Contacted them twice requesting an emergency plumber on the weekend. The first time I was texted to say someone would come out on the Sunday. But they never came or contacted me. The issue was resolved after 2 days But a week later it occurred again. Did ring and left a message but no response at all. Won’t be using them again.

We called Wentworth & Jeffries after being let down by others, Dan called to arrange a time to have a look what we wanted doing, came a day later & was very helpful & spent time with use explaining what needed doing to change our 23yr old boiler. after excepting the quote from Nick, the materials ordered a date was agreed for the work to start, the team arrived to start the work, all alterations done & checked all old materials taken away, We would like to thank the team for the excellent job done & for being very helpful & pleasant . Nick fitted a new kitchen tap for me. The service from Wentworth & Jeffries was exception from making the call to leaving a message the return call was answered quickly. Nick fitted a new kitchen tap for me, he was clean and tidy and a great friendly person. A very professional service. I would recommend this company, if fact I already have to my neighbour. Annual service for Gas Boiler and central heating system, installed a few years ago by Nick and his team. Always a friendly, efficient and professional service. Highly recommend.

Dan & Nick were very professional & polite, very obviously highly competent & qualified plumbers. Completed installation of the cylinder same day & with no fuss, mess or drama. Would recommend without hesitation.

Unable to complete surveyed, quoted and paid for in full task of replacing radiators (6) and adding one extra. One radiator fitted damaged. Have used W&J before and been pleased but this time left stressed and very very disappointed with this local business.
