    Shaun has just done an amazing job doing a complete bathroom refit. I'm very happy with the new bathroom. Shaun worked really hard and nothing was too much trouble for him

    Complete replacement of old bathroom

    Fantastic job by Shaun. He was able to find solutions to a nasty long-term leak, address issues resulting from shortcuts in the previous build and was flexible when we changed part of the design mid project. This is the second bathroom Shaun has built for us and we are very happy with the job this time as with the first.

    Bathroom refit.

    We had our old bathroom removed and replaced with a modern, stylish new one. You can tell that Shaun has gathered a wealth of knowledge during his many years in the trade. His advice on fixtures and fittings and his design ideas were invaluable, helping to create the end result and we are happy with his work. He also had quite the journey to reach us each day and we are very appreciative of that. Thank you Shaun.

    A new bathroom fitted

    Very friendly and has a good knowledge of everything associated with the building trade. We had a bathroom completely removed and replaced. Very happy with the work. He gave us a quote quickly and started exactly when he said he would. All completed without any issue. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Hello my name is Shaun and I am the owner of Wessex Maintenance.


I am a sole trader from Broadstone, Dorset and I have had my own business for 6 years now. I have worked very hard to get the reputation I have now, before that I worked with my father where I learnt all sorts of trades and became a multi trader.

I am a qualified plumber by trade, I have been tiling since I was 12 years old.

I was a window, fascia soffit and guttering installer for 5 years and I have been fitting bathrooms for over 23 years now which includes floors, tiling and bathroom fitting, also decorating bathrooms.

I cover all aspects of carpentry and construction from door hanging, Decking, Kitchen Fitting to Internal alterations and extensions.

For the last 2 years I have taken on labourers including a plasterer.

I offer a reliable, competitive and friendly service to all customers were no job is too big or too small, I provide a free no obligation quote to all customers.
