• Replace kitchen ceiling and redecorate following flood

  I'd like to say what a brilliant experience I had with Roly and the team from Wessex Property Services. Someone left the taps running and overflowed the bath, causing water damage to the kitchen ceiling below. In a panic I called WPS and Roly was in the kitchen almost immediately - that same afternoon we had agreed a price and work started the following morning to remove the sodden plasterboard, replace with new boards, and reskim. Everything was done and dusted with no fuss and no mess, and to the agreed price. Thoroughly recommended.

  I contacted Wessex Property Services following a water leak which had caused significant damage to our home .Roly attended our house within 24 hours to assess and provide a quote. On the 1st day of work, we had unearthed a major problem with our flooring, which needed to be replaced urgently . They agreed to complete this work at the same time of our other repairs, working very quickly within a short time scale, and completed repairs to a very high standard . I would highly recommend this company . A pleasure to have you in our home . Thank you Roly , Tom, Neil and Jim.

  We were introduced to Roly by a close relative. They had nothing but praise for him and the team. Right from the word go we were made to feel completely comfortable with the entire build process. Communications throughout were always clear and timely. The team are consummate professionals, always cheerful and ready to adapt to changes when needed. The quality of their work is outstanding.   I contact Wessex Property Service to install a new integral washing machine. Thomas and Will arrived at the property as pre-arranged. They worked diligently and were very professional. Both lads were extremely polite, and they did an excellent job and I highly recommend their services as I was so pleased with the end results, and with the quality of their workmanship.
