West Cross were brilliant from start to finish. During a particularly stressful time they were helpful, professional and reassuring, by far the most prompt to get back with a quote, and by far the most detailed quote too, rather than a large unhelpful price range like others we received. The asbestos removal process was explained very clearly, and efforts were made to save as many of our possessions in the affected area as possible. Any issues (e.G some slight damage to paintwork) were identified and resolved without us needing to take any action. Would highly recommend.

Great communication with these guys. Was easy to ask them questions. On the day they came at time they said, very polite and just got on with the job that needed doing. We struggled to find a company to do this job but was glad we found them. Job completed with no problems and left in a tidy state. Thankyou .
