I entered into an agreement with your company to undertake a site visit regarding a CCTV drainage survey investigation on 29 September 2023. This was regarding a water leak in the downstairs toilet on my property. Unfortunately, the CCTV drainage survey photographs that were produced (to illustrate the damaged drains & pipework) are very blurry (i.e. unclear) and as a result are unusable. Currently, I have not received any video recordings. The written report is illegible as the handwriting is unclear and is also unusable. I have made contact to request a refund but have not had a reply.

Typical cowboy job. Super nice at the beginning and mid work until I paid all money. Paid 100% , work completed 70%. Lots of excuses, latest that he had accident, however we know that they already started next projects. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid

Kenny came and assessed the work needed doing, he checked it over, explained exactly what the problem was and that it could be rectified. I received a quote for the work straightaway, which I thought was reasonable for what was involved. He arrived at the time arranged and the whole procedure was carried out to perfection. Great job. I can thoroughly recommend Kenny and his team for an excellent job.

Kenny responded really quickly to my request. He arrived early and brought the right tools for the job with him. It took a little while as the drains were quite blocked but he seems to have done a good job of clearing them. Kenny was polite and gave me some good advice on maintaining the drain to try to prevent blockages in the future. I would highly recommend WDL.

We called West Drainage London for our bathroom refurbishment in early July 2023. Kenny responded to our request promptly and was able to come for a review of the bathroom the very next day. We needed the bathroom to be completed with a week and kenny and his team worked extremely hard to deliver on their promise and were a pleasure to deal with. Kenny lead the project professionally and efficiently. The bathroom was completed within agreed time frame to an excellent standards. We had a great experience working with kenny and we will definitely work with him and his team on future projects.
