Excellent , honest and reliable service.

First contacted on Wednesday morning, explained the job and told he would contact tenant to arrange visiting in next 2 days. Had to follow up Thursday afternoon as customer had not yet been contacted. Contacted tenant on Friday morning to say they actually won’t be coming, meaning we’ve waited around for 3 days for nothing to be done.

Tim arrived promptly and after examining my washing machine reassured me that it wasn’t faulty, it wouldn’t spin because of the way I had loaded it. One happy customer !
