Barnaby assisted with an expansion vessel used for an air source heat pump. He was very helpful in email conversations prior to the visit; during the visit he re-pressurised and ensured the vessel was in good working condition. Barnaby at Westflow Ltd quickly responded to my request for help and came round the very next morning to connect up new fridge freezer. He returned a few days later to install the new water filter which I was having trouble with. He was very pleasant and did a great job. My old boiler had reached the end of its useful life. Barnaby came out, looked at the existing boiler, recommended an appropriate replacement (without trying to upgrade to more expensive models etc) and arranged the quote that day. The staff who fitted the new boiler were terrific - very friendly, polite, tidy - and the job was completed in a day. They tidied up and showed me around the new system, which is an overwhelming improvement on the previous boiler. Joe arrived promptly. Great communication. A shower screen door set of rollers had broken. I had sourced the rollers but it seems they are tricky to match! Joe worked on the fitting but the size wasn’t right.
