Fire alarm system check and minor repair
On 18-Apr-24 WestGuard did their usual check of the fire alarm system that they installed in October 2022 at my H.M.O., and did a minor repair on a detector that a tenant had moved. The engineer was very pleasant, friendly and accommodating - as always.

Fault finding on Fire Alarm and subsequent repair and system service
I have used Westguard for several years for annual servicing of a number of fire alarm systems. The latest work followed an alarm malfunction. They responded quickly ( within an hour) to silence a faulty alarm which they subsequently repaired and recommissioned. They provided me with an excellent professional service.

Replace old smoke and fire alarms
WestGuard were great. Our old smoke and fire alarms needed replacing and one of them was annoyingly beeping every few minutes. I really appreciated that WestGuard acted so quickly to mobilise their team to us at short notice, and they were so professional and friendly. I will use them again and I have no hesitation recommending them.
